Alexander Nubia International Inc. ("ANII" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:AAN)
announces that it has re-filed the Company's audited consolidated financial
statements for the year ended December 31, 2010. The auditor's report has been
amended to add an Emphasis of Matter paragraph. There were no other changes to
the financial statements.
