AAX Advanced Gold Corp

Apex Capital Corp. (TSX VENTURE:AAX) announces that the name change, approved by
the shareholders in June, to Traxion Energy Inc. will be effective on the TSX
Venture Exchange at the opening on July 14. The new trading symbol is 'TXE'.
There is no consolidation of the common shares.


Traxion Energy is a Calgary, Alberta based corporation engaged in the
exploration, development and production of petroleum and natural gas. The
Corporation's common shares are listed on the TSX Venture Exchange under the
trading symbol 'TXE'.
