Agility Health Inc. (TSX VENTURE: AHI) partner, Border Therapy Services (BTS), a
leading provider of physical therapy services in the greater El Paso, Texas
area, today announced the opening of a new clinic on the far east side of the
city to better serve their patient population.

"This is our fourth location in El Paso," said Wayne Shaw, BTS director of
operations. "The far east side is a quickly growing area. We've been watching it
and we saw a demand for the services we provide, so we decided it was time to
help out and open a closer, more convenient location for residents."

The new location on Edgemere Blvd. opened its doors in April and is already
exceeding expectations in patient traffic volumes, with as many as 90 visits per
week.

"There's a large military population in the area and having our services nearby
has proved to be beneficial for that market," said Shaw. "We also see everything
from sports injuries, such as ACL reconstructions and rotator cuff problems, to
general knee and back issues. Our therapists can essentially handle any type of
orthopedic injury."

A partner of the national Agility Health physical therapy network, BTS has the
largest outpatient physical therapy staff in El Paso with 15 licensed
therapists, three physical therapy assistants (PTAs) and two athletic trainers.
Between all existing clinics, BTS sees approximately 750 to 800 patients each
week. All BTS locations offer free screenings and consultations.

BTS is involved in the community, covering the area's junior hockey team, the El
Paso Rhinos, and providing services for sports programs at El Paso Community
College.
