VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA (TSX VENTURE: ALZ) is pleased to provide Mr. Ian Faris' Aldershot's VP Exploration and a Qualified Person, latest overview on the Company's Turee Creek Project, Western Australia where an orientation ground EM survey and airborne radiometric-magnetic survey were completed during 2007.

The breakthrough has come about as a result of ground follow-up carried out late in the season of the radiometric anomalies identified by the airborne radiometric survey. This follow-up work has identified an anomaly which management considers to be particularly significant, being located near the level of the unconformity and associated with carbonaceous units and uranium mineralization, two of the critical parameters for unconformity type uranium deposits. An airborne electromagnetic (EM-Tempest) survey is now in progress. The Turee Creek Project is located 100 kilometres west of Newman in the Pilbara region of Western Australia.

An airborne radiometric-magnetic survey, completely covering Aldershot's licence area was undertaken in February-March 2007 and the final interpretation was received in July. The survey was flown N-S using 100m spacing and a 60m nominal height for a total of 1,167 line-kms.

While awaiting the interpretation of the airborne survey results, an orientation ground EM survey was undertaken to test for buried conductors. Following the ground EM survey, a contract was then signed for an airborne EM (Tempest) survey. This survey, which is part of a large regional multi-client survey, commenced in early October 2007 and is due for completion at the end of January 2008. Conductors located by the survey will aid in the design of a drilling campaign to test for uranium mineralisation at depth and to provide samples for alteration studies to direct subsequent drilling.

In November, with the onset of the monsoonal rains around the Pine Creek Projects in the Northern Territory, the field team moved to the Turee Creek area and, pending receipt of the Tempest survey results, commenced reconnaissance mapping and follow-up of the airborne radiometric anomalies identified. The strongest anomaly (TC-01) is associated with the Noranda Prospect and is defined by an anomalous area showing values of greater than 500cps (counts per second on a SRAT SPP2 scintillometer) with spots of up to 1500 cps. The anomalous values compare with background readings of 20-30 cps away from the mineralization. Samples, assayed by SGS, Perth using ICP-MS, returned up to 4209 ppm U3O8 with elevated lead and copper. TC-04, located 700m west of TC-01, is a 15m x 70m area with elevated counts (up to 450 cps) associated with carbonaceous siltstone and gossanous outcrop. Recently received assays returned up to 120 ppm U3O8 with elevated copper (460 ppm) and vanadium (492 ppm). The TC-04 anomaly is considered particularly significant, as it is located near the level of the unconformity and associated with carbonaceous units and uranium mineralization, two of the critical parameters for unconformity type uranium deposits. However, testing by drilling will depend upon the results and interpretation of the Tempest survey. Of the remaining radiometric anomalies located, three were part of the Noranda Prospect and two were associated with elevated backgrounds in basic volcanics.

The historical resource (approx. 810,000 lbs contained U3O8) at the Noranda Prospect is considered to represent a 'perched' style of mineralization above potential unconformity type deposits, similar to those in the Athabasca region, which is the Company's primary exploration target. Details of this historic resource were reported previously (April 25 2006) but the Company has not validated the resource nor does it comply with NI 41-103 reporting requirements and should not be relied upon. The resource is reproduced here only to show the potential of the area and to identify mineralized zones that can reasonably be expected to be substantiated by the Company's future exploration.
