("AM Gold") - (TSX VENTURE: AMG)(FRANKFURT: AMX) and Capella Resources Ltd. - ("Capella") (TSX VENTURE: KPS) announce that the letter of intent between Capella and AM Gold (the "letter of Intent") has been terminated by mutual agreement of the parties.
