Buffalo Resources Corp. ("Buffalo" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:BFR) announces
the resignation of Mr. Gordon Harris as a director, senior vice president and
Chief Operating Officer of the Company.


Bill Trickett stated "I wish to thank Gord for his vision and tenacity in
working to complete the amalgamation of Choice Resources Corp. with Buffalo in
August 2007 and for his leadership to the Company during the past year. Gord
played a major role in bringing together Buffalo's recently announced drilling
joint venture and under his stewardship, production operations have been
optimized and the Company has been successful in generating a number of new
exploration areas".
