Bonaparte Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE: BON) ("Bonaparte" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has changed its name from Bonaparte Capital Corp. on August 11, 2010. The change was made to better reflect the business of the Company.

The Company commenced trading on the TSX Venture Exchange under the same stock symbol "BON" at the opening of the market on August 11, 2010.
