CAO Cadiscor Resources Com Npv

Cadiscor Resources Inc. ("Cadiscor")(TSX VENTURE:CAO) is pleased to announce
that it has retained 314 Finance Corp. as its investor relations consultant to
help increase its exposure to institutional and retail investors. The agreement
is effective July 1st, 2008 for a period of 12 months. 314 Finance Corp. will be
paid a monthly fee of CDN $2,000 plus all pre-approved expenses. 


As part of this agreement, Cadiscor has also granted 314 Finance Corp. stock
options to purchase up to 300 000 common shares at an exercise price of $0.415,
expiring in 18 months. The options will vest at three months intervals by
increments of 75 000. This agreement is subject to regulatory approval.
