(www.chemaphor.com) to provide investors, partners, future customers, the public
and other interested parties an up-to-date picture of the company's progress
towards commercialization of, and insight into, its Natural Health Optimizer
(NHO) platform and, in particular, its first two products, Chemaphor's
Oximunol(TM) Chewables and the recently in-licensed Vet-Stem Regenerative Cell
