In connection with two previous news releases dated January 29, 2010 and February 3, 2010, China Education Resources Inc. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: CHN)(PINK SHEETS: CHNUF) is pleased to announce that is has received final approval for its non-brokered private placement of 1,500,000 common shares in the capital of the Company (the "Common Shares") at a price of $0.53 per share for gross proceeds of $795,000. The proceeds of the private placement will be used for general working capital purposes. The Common Shares issued pursuant to the private placement are subject to a four month hold period in compliance with applicable securities laws and the rules of the TSX Venture Exchange.
