VENTURE:CMV)(PINK SHEETS:HWTHF) is pleased to announce the Company's Board of
Directors has been increased from eight board seats to nine and the Company's
former Chairman Mr. Jian Zhang will remain as a Director of the Company and has
been appointed as special advisor to the Chairman.
