Consolidated Westview Resource Corporation ("Westview") (NEX:CWS.H) announces
the auditor of the Company, PriceWaterhouse Coopers LLP, has resigned on its own
initiative, effective as of today's date. There were no disagreements or
unresolved issues between PriceWaterhouse Coopers LLP and Westview. Subject to
all applicable regulatory and shareholder approvals, the Board of Directors of
the Company approved the appointment of Hudson LLP as auditor of the Company.
