Africa & Latin America Oil & Gas Investor Day in New York City on May 1, 2014.


The Toronto Stock Exchange has invited Crown Point to participate in an Investor
Day showcasing premier oil and gas companies with assets in the burgeoning
jurisdictions of Africa and Latin America.


The event will be held starting at 10 AM on May 1, 2014 at the Harvard Club of
New York City.
