ERA Carbon Offsets Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:ESR) ("ERA") is pleased to announce that it
will support GLOBE 2012 by being an official offset sponsor for this upcoming
event, and will co-host CODE REDD, a call to action for the world's endangered
forests, together with Wildlife Works. GLOBE 2012 will be held March 14th to
16th, 2012 in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, at the Vancouver Convention
Centre East.

Offsetting Globe 2012

Keeping true to GLOBE's sustainable business philosophy, ERA will support GLOBE
2012 by offsetting the conference and its participants which are expected to
generate approximately 2500 tonnes of emissions over the course of the
conference and during the travel periods before and after the show. GLOBE is one
of the world's most significant conferences focusing on business and
sustainability. Occurring once every two years, it consistently attracts the
highest calibre industry professionals, world-renowned expert panellists and
motivated attendees who discuss topics across the business and environmental
spectrum. Over 10,000 professionals from more than 50 countries are expected to
join in GLOBE 2012.

CODE REDD @ Globe 2012

On March 14, 2012, ERA and Wildlife Works, the founder of CODE REDD, will host
the first Canadian event for this international campaign to support diverse
protection of the world's threatened forests. Tropical forests are disappearing
at an alarming rate of 32.5 million acres per year, accounting for an estimated
17% of total annual global greenhouse gas emissions. This is having a
devastating impact on people, ecosystems and wildlife throughout the world. REDD
(Reducing Emissions from Deforestation and Degradation), is a forest
conservation program originated by the United Nations to help stop the
destruction of the world's forests. It is an effective solution that is already
working in pioneering projects around the world. Attendees will hear how the
CODE REDD campaign can overcome the massive threat to the world's forests while
making significant contributions towards mitigating climate change. Attendees at
Globe are invited to visit the CODE REDD booth, unit 1004, on the Tradeshow
Floor.
