GC-Global Capital Corp. (TSX VENTURE:GDE.A) ("Global Capital") is pleased to
announce that it has provided a $600,000 secured bridge loan (the "Loan") to its
client company, MBMI Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:MBR) ("MBMI"). The one year
Loan bears interest at 10% per annum, payable monthly. As consideration for the
Loan, Global Capital was issued 600,000 common shares of MBMI and received a
structuring fee of $12,000 at closing. 


The net proceeds of the Loan shall be used for exploration and development of
MBMI's Philippine nickel mineral properties, and for general corporate purposes.



"Since August, 2009, when Global Capital and its syndicate of investors provided
an initial bridge loan of $2.3 million to MBMI, the company has expanded its
operations and achieved the major corporate milestone of receiving formal
government approval for the development of full-scale mining operations at its
properties in the form of FTAA Approval," said Global Capital's C.E.O. Jason
Ewart. He added "Recently the Global Capital team returned from a site visit in
the Philippines and were very impressed with the operations and their management
team's plans for 2011."
