is pleased to announce that Mr. Cesare Fazari has joined as a member of the
board of directors of Global Capital as well as a member of the Company's
governance committee, compensation committee and independence committee
commencing immediately. Based in Toronto, Mr. Fazari is a co-founder of
Northwood Developments Inc., a diversified commercial construction company that
has been operating in the greater Toronto area since 1991. Mr. Fazari's
appointment to the board is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.
