subsidiary, egX Canada Inc., has confirmed connectivity with the Investment
Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada or IIROC (formerly Market Regulation
Services Inc. or RS) to provide egX Canada with marketplace regulation services,
including market surveillance, trade desk reviews, investigation services and
enforcement of UMIR applicable to the egX Canada marketplace.


egX Canada has also confirmed connectivity with CDS Clearing and Depository
Services Inc. (CDS) for the provision of trade clearing and settlement services.
