Golden Touch Resources Corp. ("Golden Touch" or the "Company") (TSX
VENTURE:GOT)(FRANKFURT:0GT) is pleased to announce that preliminary floatation
metallurgical testwork on representative samples of the gold mineralisation from
drillhole GJZ 1005 at the Gjazuj Area Albania, has recovered 94.6% of the gold
present within the two samples tested. Floatation is the conventional method for
recovering gold that is closely associated with sulphides.

The preliminary mineralogy and metallurgical testwork was conducted by ALS
AMMTEC an independent metallurgical laboratory in Perth Western Australia, using
samples selected by ALS Laboratories Romania as being representative of the gold
mineralisation in hole GJZ 1005.

The testwork involved

-- Quantitative Mineralogy
-- Cyanide leach bottle roll and floatation testwork
-- Analysis of both the float concentrate and tails.

The quantitative mineralogy carried out on the samples indicated that:

-- The gold that occurs is contained in fine to medium grained argentian
    native gold grains, (electrum)
-- The detected gold grains are exclusively inter-grown with arsenopyrite
-- The detected gold grains occur primarily as variably exposed grains.

The two samples were assayed for a full range of elements. The following assays
are considered commercially significant.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Element Sample 1 Sample 2
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Gold 7.63 gms/ tonne 6.69 gms / tonne
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Zinc 1.50% 1.32%
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Silver 1.8 gms / tonne 1.4 gms/ tonne
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Arsenic 1.76% 1.50%
----------------------------------------------------------------------------

The weighted average grade of the two samples, as determined by the original
analytical assay were 6.5 g/t and 6.1 g/t respectively, which is between 10-20%
lower than the grades determined by the metallurgical lab and set out in the
table above. Such a difference is not uncommon where gold occurs within discrete
grains.

The two samples were combined for the metallurgical work, which indicated that

-- 94.6% of the gold mineralization within the samples tested was
recoverable to a rougher cell float concentrate.
-- The cyanide leach bottle roll tests recovered only 10% of the gold
    mineralization present.

The excellent gold recoveries within the rougher cell float concentrate,
indicates that the floatation technique can be used to recover nearly all the
gold at Gjazuj.

In a typically floatation plant the gold bearing mineralization is comminuted to
fine powder and mixed with appropriate wetting agents to form a pulp, which is
then passed through a series of aerated cells (known as rougher cells)
containing water. Within the cells the sulphides present (and hence the gold),
being hydrophobic, are repelled by the water and becomes concentrated within the
froth that forms at the top of each cell. The froth overflows the rougher cells
and passed through a series of cleaner flotation cells, designed to improve the
gold grade of the rougher cell concentrate, before it is prepared for sale.

The poor bottle roll test recoveries where expected and simply confirm the
quantitative mineralogy results that the gold is associated with the sulphides,
and hence direct cyanidation techniques would not be appropriate for the Gjazuj
mineralization.

The President of Golden Touch Resources Mr Murdoch comments that "In my opinion
it is important for an exploration company to determine as early as possible the
gold recovery methods that it is likely to use and clearly report this
information to the market. I consider these preliminary tests very encouraging
and no doubt we will undertake more comprehensive metallurgical and
mineralogical test work as the project advances in order to fine tune the
floatation plant flow sheet."

Golden Touch is currently completing a first stage drilling program at Gjazuj
designed to verify past drilling and surface sampling results, that outlined
gold mineralization over 1300 metres.

Assays received from the first 8 holes of this program have been reported
previously and are considered highly encouraging given that the mineralization
is relatively close to the surface, which allows open pit mining techniques to
be considered.

There are about 16 more holes completed in this program for which the assay
results are awaited. The Company expects to release these results progressively,
as received, over the next 2 months or so.

A second stage of drilling is planned to follow the first once the results of
the first program can be fully evaluated and targets for the second stage
program refined.

The second stage program will start to evaluate a series of "gold in soils"
geochemical anomalies that extend in an easterly direction from the Gjazuj area,
for about 10 kms, over which there has been no previous drilling.

Further background information on the gold project can be obtained from a
National Instrument 43-101 ("NI 43-101") compliant technical report on the
Livadheza Gold Project (EC 1124) prepared by Ian Mathison, Bsc (Hons Geol),
MAusIMM, as posted under the Company's profile on SEDAR at www.sedar.com.

Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of
Geoscientists and hence a qualified person under the meaning of Canadian
National Instrument 43-101, is responsible for the technical content of this
