Pigeon, P.Geo as Qualified Person for the Espanola and Silveria Projects.


"Mr. Pigeon will be able to provide the company with objective advice as we
proceed with the development of our projects", stated A. Paul Gill, President &
CEO.


Mr. Pigeon holds a Bachelor's degree with Honors (Cum Laude) in Earth Sciences
from the University of Ottawa, and a Master of Science degree in Geology from
the same university.


In 2004, he worked with Falconbridge Exploration in Timmins, Ontario, Canada
where he oversaw the regional exploration drilling program. Subsequently,
opportunities arose in South America with Lateegra Gold Corp. where he oversaw
exploration programs in Ecuador and Mexico. In 2006, he moved to Lima, Peru to
study Spanish. He is now fluent in Spanish, English and French. In 2007, Mr.
Pigeon was hired by Grenville to write an initial 43-101 report for the Espanola
Project and he has reviewed the Silveria Project information and visited the
site. Grenville continues to follow-up his recommendations.


In April 2008, he founded Gateway Solutions S.A.C., a Peruvian Corporation which
offers a diverse range of services to the international mining industry
operating in Peru where he is the Chief Geologist. Luc has authored three 43-101
reports in 2008, including one Resource Estimate of a 60,000,000 ton iron
deposit. He is a Professional Geoscientist registered with the Ordre des
Geologues du Quebec and the Canadian Institute of Mining.
