G4G Resources Ltd. ("G4G", "the Company") (TSX VENTURE:GXG) announced today that
the Company's annual audited financial statements and related Management
Discussion and Analysis (MD&A) for 2012 will be delayed.


The Company's auditor is in the process of the completion of the associated
audit work, review and the Required Filings. The Company anticipates that the
financial statements and MD&A will be completed on or before June 15, 2013.


The Company confirms that it is in the process of working towards revocation of
the Cease Trade Order and satisfactorily complying with TSX Venture Exchange
requirements.
