(TSXV-HA) ("Company") is pleased to announce signing of multiple
agreements to act as agent to sell surplus assets in three separate
auctions. All auctions are Live On-site Auctions, each with live
interactive real time Internet bidding through Bidspotter.com,
worldwide service provider to the Company.
Auction # 1 will take place on April
10 near Whitewood, SK. This
is a major equipment realignment auction for Peter Crushing and
Hauling Ltd. and includes two complete crushing spreads, as well as
rubber tire loaders, dozers, excavators, trucks, and trailers.
Auction # 2 will be held on April
29 in Kamsack, SK featuring
a complete dispersal for L. Larson Trucking. Loaders, crawler
tractors, motor graders, trucks and trailer, and crushing equipment
are for sale.
Auction # 3 is a two day auction, May
1 & 2, for A-1 Group of Companies based in Camrose, Alberta. The A-1 Group of Companies
consist of A-1 Rentals, A-1 Septic, A-1 Auto Electric, A-1 Supply,
Camrose Towing Group, Rays Trailer Sales & Kioti Tractor, OK
Tire and Camrose Auto Wrecking. Surplus assets put up for sale by
the A-1 Group consist of a wide variety of industrial assets, many
of them from the A-1 Rental fleet plus towing equipment, tractors,
trailers, and hundreds of other items. Guy Turnbull, President of A-1 Group of
Companies stated: "We are confident the Hodgins auction team will
conduct a professionally advertised and executed unreserved
auction, bringing us fair market value for our surplus
equipment."
