Following the suspension of trading of the company's shares on Tuesday 25 March
2003, two subsidiaries of the company, La Regina Ltd, the retail shop division,
and Sportsetail Ltd, the jointly owned on-line direct mail business, were placed
into Administration on Monday 31 March 2003.  Subsequently certain of the assets
of Sportsetail have been sold by the Administrators to a third party.


The Board are continuing to explore opportunities for the refinancing of the
remainder of the company including the Kangol clothing business and will make
further announcements in due course.
