IRI Separation Technologies Inc. (TSX VENTURE:IRI) - 

Re-instatement

At the opening yesterday IRI was re-instated for trading. Six days before Nov
11th 2008 IRI was halted from trading due to an over site.


IRI has been reducing all cost during this difficult period. Through this
process IRI has cut staff and eliminated higher costing office space an over
site occurred which was immediately rectified. Our Transfer agent's billing was
missed which when notified was paid immediately.


The company's offices are now located at 1801 #206 Welch Ave. North Vancouver
and can be called at this number 604 929-7332.


On Friday November 14th 2008 everything was put right and the transfer agent
issued a letter to the exchange notifying of the correction.
