Corp. (TSXV: LI) (OTCQB: LIACF) (Frankfurt: 5LA; WKN: A2AHEL) ("American
Lithium" or the "Company") announces that its outstanding share
capital will be consolidated on a one-for-ten basis, effective at
the opening of markets on August 28,
2017. Following completion of the consolidation, the Company
will have approximately 5,865,278 common shares outstanding.
