Lakeside reaches tentative agreement with Canadian Auto Workers

WELLAND, ON, Nov. 1, 2011 /CNW/ - Lakeside Steel Inc. ("Lakeside"
or the "Company") today announced that it reached a tentative
agreement with the Canadian Auto Workers, Local 523 ("CAW Local
Union") representing approximately 350 employees of Lakeside Steel
Corporation, the wholly-owned subsidiary of Lakeside, for a
three-year term ending October 31, 2014. The agreement is subject
to approval by members of the CAW Local Union on November 2, 2011.
