Mooncor Oil & Gas Corp. ("Mooncor") (TSX VENTURE:MOO) announced today that Alan
Myers, a current director of Mooncor, has agreed to serve as interim Chief
Financial Officer of Mooncor. Accordingly, Nick Tsimidis, who had been serving
as both Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Mooncor since
April 2012 will continue solely as the Chief Executive Officer.
