("Marbour") are pleased to announce the closing of the previously announced amalgamation (the "Amalgamation") of MRRM with a wholly owned subsidiary of Marbour. The Amalgamation was approved by special resolution at the special meeting of MRRM shareholders held yesterday in Montreal, Quebec.
