North Country Gold Corp. (TSX VENTURE:NCG)(OTCQX:NCGDF) ("North Country" or the
"Company") is pleased to announce that it has closed its non-brokered private
placement ("Private Placement") financing previously announced on February 3,
2014. The Company issued 10,000,000 common shares of the Company at a price of
$0.05 per share for gross proceeds of $500,000. The Common Shares will be
subject to a hold period, which will expire four months and one day from the
date of closing, being June 28, 2014.


The Company intends to use the proceeds of the Offering for general working capital.

Quattro Stella Sempre Holdings Ltd. on $100,000 of the gross proceeds raised.
