CALGARY, April 16, 2013 /CNW/ - RIA Resources Corp. (TSXV: RIA) ("RIA") announces that, in response to comments from the Alberta Securities Commission, it amended its Form 51-101F1 Statement of Reserves Data and Other Oil and Gas Information for the period ended October 31, 2012 ("51-101F1").  The changes are confined to the table titled "Reconciliation of Changes in Reserves".  All of the numbers in the "Reconciliation of Changes in Reserves" table have been updated to reflect the actual volumes stated in the reserve numbers.  RIA's reserve numbers, reserve classifications and net present values of future net revenue for the period ended October 31, 2012 were not changed.
