("ROR Power" or "the Company") today announced, in accordance with its approved stock option plan and Director compensation package, it has granted 400,000 options to non-executive directors of ROR Power. The options are exercisable at $0.10 per share and for a term of five years. The options vest over two years as follows: 1/3 on the grant date, 1/3 twelve months from the grant date and 1/3 twenty-four months from the grant date. About Run of River Power Inc.
