to announce it has contracted HD1 LLC ("HD1") and Sustainable Enterprises, Inc.
("SEI") to help expand Outlook's global business development efforts.


Mr. John R. Drexel IV and Dr. Janet E. Hawkes of HD1, and Mr. James W. Muzzy,
President and CEO of SEI, will advise Outlook on the Company's development of
low-carbon renewable fertilizers from organic waste streams. Outlook develops
fertility offerings that overcome the environmental challenges represented by
the use of chemical synthetic fertilizers and allow conscientious agriculture
companies to reduce the carbon footprint of their products.


Mr. Drexel, Managing Director of HD1, is also Chairman of Sage Advisors LLC, a
provider of investor and business services. HD1 LLC focuses on life sciences,
agriculture and forestry, environmental conservation and renewable energy. Mr.
Drexel sits on the boards of Woods Hole Oceanographic Institute, The Pilgrims
Foundation and The Atlantic Partnership. Mr. Drexel was previously President of
Concord Capital Management and President and CEO of Kidder, Peabody
International Investments, among numerous other positions. He has served on the
staff of former U.S. Senator Claiborne Pell and on the boards of Drexel
University, The New Zealand Trade and Industry Advisory Board and several
advisory boards of the United Nations and its Agencies, among others.


Janet Hawkes, Managing Director of HD1, has extensive experience in
horticulture, agriculture, agro-forestry, environmental sciences, and education,
and was previously Strategic Partner and CTO of RPM Ecosystems LLC. She directed
the Cornell Educational Resources Program in the College of Agriculture and Life
Sciences at Cornell University, and managed several domestic and international
agricultural development projects. Dr. Hawkes currently serves on the advisory
board for the United Nations Food and Agriculture "The Growing Connections"
Program, and as an advisor to the Stone Barns Center for Food and Agriculture
among other board positions.


Mr. Muzzy has more than 30 years of involvement in international business
development, waste recycling, alternative fuels, renewable energy, banking,
finance and public markets. He spent 10 years in the 1970s with Bank of America
where he was focused on merchant banking, real estate, and construction projects
worldwide. Mr. Muzzy was an early participant in the alternative energy
industry, including biomass renewable fuels. Over his career he has served as a
senior officer with many private and public companies involved in the recycling
of various wastes.
