Victory Ventures Inc. (TSX VENTURE:VVN)(FRANKFURT:VV0) (the "Company") - Further
to news releases dated April 30, 2012 and June 11, 2012, the Company is pleased
to announce that Frontier Geosciences of North Vancouver, BC has begun a work
program consisting of line cutting and a geophysical survey, using the Induced
Polarization (IP) method, of geological conditions on the Company's Copau Claims
in northwestern British Columbia. The Company's President, Dennis Vigouret, is
on site with the work crew. 


The Claims are partially surrounded by claims owned by Imperial Metals
Corporation, which is developing the Red Chris copper deposit for production,
approximately 11 kilometers to the south. Imperial Metals' production project is
aimed to coincide with the completion of the Northwest Transmission Line in
early 2014. 


The Company is actively pursuing the acquisition of additional mineral
properties or interests.
