ZKL China Keli Electric Company Ltd (delisted)

China Keli Electric Company Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:ZKL) ("China Keli" or the
"Company") is pleased to announced that since May of 2010, Zhuhai Keli Electric
Co., Ltd. ("Zhuhai Keli"), the wholly owned operating entity of the Company, has
successfully won a series of competitive bidding projects offered by Guangxi
Provincial Power Grid Corporation of China Southern Power Grid (one of the only
two power grids in China) for a total contract value of RMB 10,438,093 Yuan
(approx. CAD$1,622,882).


This is the first time that Zhuhai Keli has successfully won large scale bidding
projects offered by a provincial power grid corporation. The Company's
management believes that winning these projects will have a significant positive
financial impact on the Company's revenue and net income of the current fiscal
year. "This is part of our business plan for the Company after we completed our
public listing. We are successfully executing on that plan," said Lou Meng
Cheong, Keli's CEO.


Zhuhai Keli is continuing its participation in bidding of additional projects
offered by Guangxi Provincial Power Grid Corporation, and plans to actively
participate in the bidding process for projects offered by other provincial
power grid corporations in China. In recent years, provincial power grid
corporations in China are adopting competitive bidding processes in more and
more of their procurement projects. The Company has made the objective of
participating in and winning large, competitively bid procurement projects
offered by grid corporations in China as one of its top priorities in order to
accelerate growth and improve financial performance. "Our strategy is to use
part of the capital raised concurrent with our public listing as bid bonds for
provincial grid procurement projects," said Madame Wong, Chairman of Keli, "Our
products are of the highest quality and our prices are very competitive, and so
we are very confident that we will be successful in our efforts to win major new
business through this approach."
