AllDigital Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB:ADGL), recently recognized as one of Streaming Media Magazine's "Streaming Media 100," which honors the most innovative and influential companies in the online video industry, has announced the addition of a new Chief Architect, Dean Hart, to its executive management team.

"Dean has over 15 years of experience in software development and management disciplines, with the last 8 years focused exclusively on OTT (over-the-top) and TVE (TV Everywhere) digital media platforms working with some of the world's largest telcos and broadcasters."

Hart most recently held the position of Senior Technical Architect at Piksel (formerly Kit Digital / Ioko), and he is an expert in software engineering disciplines, software engineering team management, and agile development processes. While at Piksel, he focused on digital media platforms and solutions for clients including AT&T, ITV, BBC, Channel 4, and Sky. Hart also successfully integrated external content providers, including HBO, Showtime, Starz, Turner, Univision, Hulu, Disney, and others into various OTT platforms.

Hart is an expert at establishing digital media security, including SSO, stream encryption, token authentication and digital rights management (PlayReady, Flash Access, and Discretix), device management and concurrent stream management as well as RESS (responsive design and server side components) to optimize user experiences for mobile and tablet users.
