(OTCBB:BLUU) announces that it has retained Another Ard Production ("AAP"), a full-service architectural firm, to complete the design, engineering and permitting process for one of its planned Blue Water Bar & Grill™ restaurants on the island of St. Maarten, Dutch West Indies.

AAP's Services to be Provided:

• Preliminary Design Process (Underway)
• Final Design
• Specification Drawings
• Bidding Phase
• Obtaining Building Permits

Blue Water's President and CEO, J. Scott Sitra, stated, "We are continuing to make significant strides towards opening our planned St. Maarten Blue Water Bar & Grill™ restaurants. Last week we formally retained Another Ard Production to assist us with navigating the pre-construction requirements, including finalizing the design and engineering blue prints required for obtaining building permits for one of our two planned restaurants in St. Maarten."
