ITEM 3.01. NOTICE OF DELISTING OR FAILURE TO SATISFY A CONTINUED LISTING
RULE OR STANDARD; TRANSFER OF LISTING.

 On November 9, 2007, the Board of Directors of Conihasset Capital
Partners, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing the
deregistration of the Company's common stock and the reason for taking such
action.

 On November 13, 2007, the Company filed a Form 15 with the Securities and
Exchange Commission deregistering its common stock and suspending its reporting
obligations under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. The Company presently
intends to continue to make available its periodic financial information
commencing with the period ending September 30, 2007.
