Westcott will be responsible for all field services in Canada delivered by Dependable HomeTech, Creative Vistas� broadband-related services arm. He held the position of vice president and general manager for the Ontario division for six years, and vice president-operations for both Ontario and Quebec for three years. Westcott was promoted to President and CEO in May 2005 when Bell Canada acquired Entourage in 2005. Under his leadership, Bell Technical Solutions grew to a company of over 3,000 employees providing installation and repair field services to residential and commercial customers as well as structured cabling, electrical and project management services.
