BAKERSFIELD, Calif., March 28 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Extreme Motorsports of California, Inc. (Pink Sheets: EMOC) ("Extreme" or the "Company") is pleased to announce some of the plans for 2008. First and foremost, as many realize EMOC went through a restructuring of the company's stock and completed a reverse split. This reverse split, has called short sellers into account and forced them to cover their positions, altered the daily trading volume to a reasonable level for the size of our company and put our price back into a range that truly reflects where we should be and where we will be going in the future. In addition to the restructuring of the company's stock, EMOC has made internal changes to staff, brought in a new CFO, hired a new CPA, added additional members to our board of directors and is in the process of lining up some additional employees in preparation for our ESV project. Our engineering department, although small, utilizes services from some of the best mechanical & off-road engineers in the U.S. We will be pursuing projects this year that involve designing and manufacturing our own line of hubs and disk brakes as well as our own line of machined parts to add to last year's Xtreme Motorsports brand of parts already being manufactured. Back on the board is our transmission project with intense focus on building a superior transmission for the off-road industry. Last year after thorough research, we decided to put the transmission project on the back burner due to large production cost. This year through additional research, we now know we can do this project for much less than expected. Additional plans include the securing of new equipment that will allow us to automate our facility with some machines utilizing complete lights out manufacturing. Additionally we are engineering additional improvements to our ESV project to address specific requirements needed by various law enforcement agencies. Finally, we have a new website developer and hosting company we are working with to finalize our website for the company. Our website will be down for a couple weeks to make some needed changes but will be back up as soon as possible. All these projects in addition to some new projects in the works will be discussed in detail via future releases as we make progress. We look forward to 2008 and the continued pursuit of building the world's greatest sandcars +. About Extreme Motorsports of California, Inc.
