EXPLANATORY NOTE: This Amendment to Form 8-K is being filed solely to correct a typographical error in Item 5.02.

 

Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements with Certain Officers.

On December 5, 2008, enherent Corp. (the “Company”) entered into the Second Amendment to Employment Agreement dated as of December 1, 2008 by and between the Company and Pamela A. Fredette, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, pursuant to which Ms. Fredette’s base salary was set at $300,000 effective January 1, 2009.

The foregoing description of the Second Amendment to Employment Agreement is qualified in its entirety by reference to the text of the Second Amendment to Employment Agreement, which is attached hereto as Exhibits 10.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
