Petty, and company President and Director, Howard Dunn, are working closely with Houston based Newturn Oil's staff to complete technical and financial evaluations on a unique oil and gas production project located in the "Banana Belt" region of Bolivia's hydrocarbon production zone. Newturn Oil, under a February, 2010 consulting arrangement with Energy Management, is providing both technical assistance and introductory services to locate potential finance partners interested to work with Energy Management in South America. These recent efforts are focused on a developing opportunity for Energy Management to participate in the acquisition of several currently producing oil and gas properties in the central region of Bolivia and if successful would strategically position the company to continue growth throughout this South American region's critical energy market sector.
