EnerTeck Corporation (OTCBB: ETCK) (the "Company") is pleased to announce today that Mr. Gary B. Aman has been appointed to the position of President of EnerTeck Corporation. Mr. Aman brings with him extensive experience and expertise acquired in a long and successful career in the oil and gas and chemical industries expected to assist EnerTeck expand its business to the next level.

Following his graduation from the University of South Dakota in 1970, Mr. Aman served in the U.S. Army, reaching the rank of Captain. For the past 38 years since leaving the military, he has worked in the chemical manufacturing, fuel, oil and gas businesses. He began his career with the Mobil Oil Corporation in sales. Over the years, he has also worked in both the marketing and administrative areas of Exxon Chemical, Nalco/Exxon Energy Services and Nalco Chemical Company, before joining EnerTeck. He has held a variety of positions with these companies and has consistently displayed a skill in taking on small business segments within these companies and growing them into large and profitable cost centers.

Some of his career accomplishments include the following: For Exxon Chemical's Refinery Chemical Division, he was instrumental in the growth of the market for its refinery chemical products. While at Nalco/Exxon, he increased the size of additive sales for their energy services division. For Nalco Energy Services (Adomite), he grew the size of Nalco Energy's oil field chemical sales and he negotiated and signed the largest contract in Nalco Chemical history with Schlumberger.
