EnerTeck Corporation (OTCBB:ETCK) (the "Company")announced today, following the recent completion of successful client testing of its principal product EnerBurn^® by its wholly owned subsidiary, EnerTeck Chemical Corp., that it has been notified by one of the nation's largest highway and heavy construction companies of its intention to proceed with the utilization of EnerBurn^® in all of its trucks and heavy construction equipment. EnerTeck recently completed testing on a rock crushing unit powered by a Caterpillar SR-4 Genset.

Initial utilization has already begun in its Southwest Region and will be expanded nationwide as injection equipment is installed at the various project sites to ensure proper dosing of the product. Some of the client's locations are already up and running.
