The Company was unable to pay its auditor for their audit fees related to the prior year end in a timely fashion and was therefore late in closing its general ledger. Thus, the Company was unable to rely on its opening trial balance and could not complete its current periodic report in a timely manner. The Company will complete its current form 10-Q and file within the extension period.
