GZ6G Technologies Corp. (the “Company”) is unable to file its quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the three and six months ended June 30, 2023 (the “Form 10-Q”) in a timely manner without unreasonable effort or expense due to delays in obtaining and compiling information to complete the procedures relating to its quarterly reporting process, including the completion of the review engagement of the Company’s financial statements for inclusion in the Form 10-Q. The Company is working to file the Form 10-Q within the extension period provided under Rule 12b-25 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
