HFBG Hall of Fame Beverages Inc New (CE)

Hall of Fame Beverages, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: HFBG) has added a new distributor in northeast Pennsylvania to distribute its tea product, Grand Ma Ma's Sweet Southern Tea. Canada Dry Bottling located in Olyphant, Pennsylvania, has signed a deal to start distributing both the sweet and sugar free tea to the locations it services in the Keystone state.

Canada Dry Bottling serves 10 counties in northeast Pennsylvania, including the Wilkes-Barre, Scranton market and to the state lines in New York and New Jersey. Canada Dry Bottling will be the distributor responsible for putting Hall of Fame's tea on the shelves in the Pennsylvania Foodtown locations. Canada Dry Bottling will start its distribution in January. Foodtown has already ordered the tea for its locations, and after the holidays, Canada Dry Bottling will be delivering the product in Pennsylvania.

Also, Maryland and Washington, D.C. will be getting the tea in January as well. Hall of Fame's distributor for Maryland and Washington, D.C., has ordered the product and has a container of the tea being delivered to that area currently. Grand Ma Ma's Sweet Southern Tea will hit the shelves there in January.

Hall of Fame Beverages CEO Steve Hendricks says, "We have an extremely aggressive schedule ahead of us and leading into the New Year. 2011 is going to open aggressively now that stores have exhausted their annual schedules and will be taking on new products including our sweet tea. The meetings we have set up with big name supermarkets and brand name big box stores will make for a very interesting January and New Year."

In addition, Slappy Studios has released a sample of the Grand Ma Ma animated commercial to the company's Investment Relations firm. The commercial will be airing on ESPN, MTV, BET and other major cable outlets in the areas where the tea is currently being sold. The animated portion will be flanked in the television ads by a live intro and a live tag featuring former NBA superstar Larry Johnson.
