InfoSearch Media, Inc. (the "Company") is unable, without unreasonable effort or
expense, to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended
September 30, 2008 with the Securities and Exchange Commission within the
prescribed time period due to changes in personnel during the period. In
accordance with Rule 12b-25 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as
amended, the Company anticipates filing its Form 10-Q for the quarter ended
September 30, 2008 no later than five calendar days following the prescribed due
date.
