ATLANTA, Oct. 5, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Hi-Tech Crime
Solutions, formerly Spoofem.com (OTC: SPFM) has brokered a major
deal. The company purchased LocatePC,
NationalCyberSecurity.com, Hacker for Hire, AmIHackerProof.com,
Locate Mobile Tracker, LIGATTSecurity.com and LIGATT.com from
LIGATT Security International (OTC: LGTT).
It also includes the distribution deals LIGATT Security
currently has with D&H Distributing, NAVARRE Distribution
Services and Ingram Micro Inc. They are the top three software
vendors in the world, distributing to 99% percent of retailers and
e-tailers in the United States and
Canada.
Hi-Tech Crime Solutions will also announce that on October 7, 2011 a reverse of its stock 500 to 1
will take effect. "People will think that the reverse has to
do with the stock price and it really does not. So many new
regulations on Pink Sheet companies from Depository Trust Company
and stock clearing houses concerning stock under $.10 have taken effect, that this was a necessary
evil," says Gregory Evans, the
former Chairman of SPOOFEM.COM, USA.
The newly appointed Chairman of the Board of Hi-Tech Crime
Solutions, Gregory Scott, couldn't
be happier. "I am pleased with this sale because this is such
an important purchase for Hi-Tech Crime Solutions. The
distribution deal alone can be a significant boost to Hi-Tech Crime
Solutions' bottom line," says Scott.
Another big announcement is that money from this purchase will
go back to the shareholders. "The shareholders are a driving force
for the company and I want to make sure they reap the benefits of
this deal as well," says Scott. All shareholders in LIGATT
Security International at the closing bell on Friday, October 7, 2011 will receive share for
share in Hi-Tech Crime Solutions. "If a person owns $20 million shares in LIGATT, they will receive
$20 million shares in Hi-Tech Crime
Solutions," says Scott.
LIGATT Security International is in talks with other companies
to purchase the company and change its focus from computer
security. This means the current shareholders will be part
owners of the new company as well.
All email addresses for LIGATT Security will expire on
October 15, 2011. The domain
names that people use to get to LIGATT.com and LIGATTSecurity.com
for our products will be forwarded to HiTechCrimeSolutions.com.
