(OTCQB: MYHI) ("Mountain High" or the "Company"), a strategic real estate holding company whose primary focus is commercial properties in the marijuana sector, is pleased to announce that the Company has completed the acquisition of Canna-Life Corporation ("Canna-Life"), the current holder of options to acquire three real estate properties zoned by the State of Colorado and municipal authorities for the cultivation of marijuana. 

As a result of the completed transaction, Canna-Life is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mountain High.
