Nicodrops Inc. (PINKSHEETS: NCDP) will enter into a 3 year distribution agreement with Manufacturing Technologies Inc. Nicodrops appointed MTI as the sole agent representative through all distribution channels in China.

The LOI calls for Nicodrops to manufacture its product for Chinese retail markets. Nicodrops was extremely well received by Chinese distributors, and MTI's President, Chris Zhang, believes Nicodrops will be very popular in China. The two companies are also discussing a Joint Venture Agreement upon confirming the success of the upcoming marketing campaign.

Manufacturing of Nicodrops will continue to take place in the United States, with product shipped directly to distributors for a promotional test run and subsequent orders. If successful, manufacturing may be moved to China, resulting in increased profit margin for Nicodrops.

With the Chinese government anti-smoking law of restricting smoking in some public places, MTI is poised and positioned to act on behalf of Nicodrops to capture a good market share of China's smoking population. According to MTI's Chris Zhang, "We've estimated the annual gross sales will exceed $10 million USD in the first 12 months alone.
