Pilgrim Petroleum Corporation (Pink Sheets:PGPM) announced today new acquisitions of approximately 25 wells in a marginal production area, including several hundred undeveloped acres located in Wichita County Texas. The acquisition includes processing equipment, acreage and existing production of approximately 25 bpd to 45 bpd. Pilgrim chose these target prospects based on proven reserves and drilling success of fellow exploration firms in same Basin Region. Pilgrim Petroleum's goal is to now focus on potential drill programs and development of the most promising lease properties in its portfolio.
